Paul Malcolm

Paul is a leading international customer engagement and loyalty consultant with over 25 years of experience.
He creates a distinct vision and best of breed programs, combining loyalty mechanics and engagement techniques, with continually evolving technology, to deliver solutions best suited for your brand.
Paul has launched and run loyalty businesses all over the world (Australia, Asia, Europe, Africa, The Americas), and managed numerous programs. From winning clients, designing programs and providing engagement strategy, and managing functional delivery teams across multiple continents, providing leadership and direction across every step of the journey.
He is passionate about Loyalty and successful programs while keeping on top of the latest trends and technologies.
Kylie Malcolm
Director & Co-Founder
Head of Customer Engagement, Loyalty & Strategy
Kylie brings 18 years of experience in digital, sales and strategy and 14 years in website design, SEO, hosting and technology. She's the reason Vivid's own work, and the sites we build for clients, actually run properly and get found online
Her passion is in creating designs geared toward a seamless user experience for optimal conversion. Kylie has a knack for weaving design, technology and strategy together, ensuring our clients are always winning when it comes to the process and visual elements of a user journey.
She is also the mastermind behind our website hosting company, Template Websites, giving small business a leg up in the digital space with ease.
We're down to earth because that's genuinely how we work, not because it makes a good brand line. There are no account layers and no handoffs between departments here. When you talk to Vivid, you're talking to the people doing the work.
